一、Basic information:
Zibo Taiding Papermaking Machinery Co.,Ltd is located in the economic development zone,Zhoucun district, Zibo city. It was established on 28th,Dec,2005,with the registered asset of 109 million yuan. The legal representative is Zhuge Baojun. Now it has 232 employees, consisting of 6 senior engineers, 18 engineers, 85 artisans, 126 college students. The main products: Multi-zone controllable crown hard calender, soft calender, super calender, super soft calender and multi-zone controllable press roll. The products are sold to paper mills all over China. The company has an asset of 260 million yuan, consisting of 120 million yuan current asset, 150 million yuan fixed asset, 300 million yuan intangible asset. The asset-liability ration is 39%.
二、Product information:
The controllable crown calender is the necessary finishing device for producing the high grade paper.The above products has been at the domestic blank and imported for many years, and the price is expensive. Our company manufacture the calender by ourselves, and have the proprietary intellectual property rights. Now, only a few countries can produce this product. Our super calender passed appraisal in Feb,2002. Basis on more than 30 sets of super calender, the first multi-zone controllable crown soft calender went into operation successfully in Dec,2005 in Zhejiang Hengdebao. In May,2005, 3250/500 multi-zone controllable crown double nip soft calender went into operation in Shandong Zhengda Paper. All the technical requirements met the design. In Nov, 2006, 4560/500 multi-zone controllable crown soft calender and hard calender went into operation in Century Sunshine paper. All the technical requirements met the design and passed appraisal on 10th,Apri,2007.
